Welcome to this year’s registration for the Garden State Tree Conference, hosted annually in Atlantic City, NJ by the NJ Arborists Chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture. Our Education Committee has been working together for the past year to put together an agenda of speakers from around the country, we are excited for another incredible conference. This year we will be at a new location, Harrah’s Resort, with outdoor exhibitor space and technical sessions. For more information, please see below.

NEW THIS YEAR: CPR/First Aid and ISA Certified Arborist Crash Course on Wednesday, February 28

This will be our first year offering two courses on Wednesday, February 28 prior to our formal conference on Thursday and Friday. Wednesday, February 28 we will have Lindsey Purcell hosting his ISA Certified Arborist Crash Course for 6 CEU. We will additionally have CPR/First Aid training available, in English, for 4 CEU. Please note: these courses will be happening at the same time on February 28. You may not register for both ISA Certified Arborist Crash Course AND CPR/First Aid. Below you will find registration for the conference, ISA Certified Arborist Crash Course, and CPR/First Aid. Please be advised that registration will close 3 days before the conference, and pricing will be significantly increased for walk-in registrants. If you are a chapter member, please see your email for a discount code BEFORE you register, as there is a discount for NJAISA members this year.

NEED AN INVOICE: Purchase Orders and Group Registrations

If your town or municipality will be paying for your registration, please email treasurer@njaisa.com to request an invoice for the PO. Once we have received your payment, you will receive a discount code you may use to register online while waiving the payment. It is crucial that you complete the online registration, as this is how we track credentials and information for CEU submissions. If you are looking to register multiple employees, you also may request an invoice and pay a lump sum directly to our treasurer. We will provide a discounted rate for more than 5 employees (10%) and more than 10 employees (15%). Once you pay for the number of employees you would like to register, we will provide your company with a unique discount code so that your employees may register themselves online and submit their unique credential information for CEU tracking purposes. 2024 Garden State Tree Conference Cancellation Policy: Registrants who are chapter members may cancel their conference registration for a full refund minus any credit or service fees paid by the chapter (or use it as a full registration for the following year’s conference) up to 48hrs prior to the event. Registrants who are not chapter members may cancel their conference registration for a full refund minus any credit card and service fees paid by the chapter (or use it as a full registration for the following year’s conference) up to seven days prior to the event. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to njarboristsisa@gmail.com. Any room cancellations must be handled directly through Harrah’s, this cancellation policy is only applicable to conference registration.
