Event Policy is No Badge, No Entry. If you are planning to bring a companion please be prepared to purchase their day(s) admission upon arrival. Admission only badges will be sold at the onsite registration window.
Please note: The Harrah’s WaterFront Conference Center is a decent walk away from the self-parking deck. We recommend leaving yourself 20-30 minutes to walk from the parking deck to the conference area. Our conference will be held in the Wildwood Ballroom (first floor).

Registrants who are chapter members may cancel their conference registration for a full refund minus any credit or service fees paid by the chapter (or use it as a full registration for the following year’s conference) up to 48hrs prior to the event. Registrants who are not chapter members may cancel their conference registration for a full refund minus any credit card and service fees paid by the chapter (or use it as a full registration for the following year’s conference) up to seven days prior to the event. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to njarboristsisa@gmail.com. Any room cancellations must be handled directly through Harrah’s, this cancellation policy is only applicable to conference registration.
